Regulations and safety

Warnings

  • All regulations must be followed to prevent serious injuries.
  • For safety reasons, pregnant women, children under the age of two and people with known health problems are not permitted in the bouncy castles or inflatable games.
Regulations for bouncy castles and inflatable games
  • Bouncy castles and inflatable games must be supervised by an adult at all times as soon as one or more children are inside.
  • Before using a bouncy castle or inflatable game, participants must remove footwear, eyeglasses, jewellery and any sharp objects.
  • Bouncy castles and inflatable games must be fully inflated before participants can enter.
  • Food, drinks and animals are prohibited inside bouncy castles and inflatable games.
  • Always respect the recommended weight limits for each bouncy castle or inflatable game.
  • Inflatable structures must never be located near a fire, barbecue, patio, walls, pool, or garden furniture.
  • Participants must not obstruct the space reserved for entry and exit of the bouncy castle or inflatable game.
  • It is prohibited to climb on the walls of the inflatable structures.
  • Children must stay away from the blowers at all times.
  • Blowers must be handled by adults only.
  • Blowers must be checked frequently to ensure that no object is hindering their operation, and they must never come into contact with water.
  • A safety perimeter of at least 5 feet must be maintained around each bouncy castle or inflatable game.
  • Inflatable structures must be anchored to the ground with stakes or sandbags at all times. These anchors must never be removed.
  • In case of rain, thunderstorms or high wind (over 30 km/h), participants must be evacuated from the bouncy castle or inflatable game, and the blower must be turned off and unplugged immediately.
Regulations for fun food machines
  • Fun food machines must be handled by adults only. Children must be kept away from the machines’ heating elements and sharp components.
  • Power cords must never come into contact with water during use.
Renter’s responsibilities
  • The rented equipment is the responsibility of the renter from the time of receipt until its return. It is important to ensure that the equipment remains in the same condition as upon delivery.
  • The customer assumes full responsibility for any theft, loss or vandalism of the rented equipment. Fiesta is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged equipment.
  • It is important for the renters to follow the regulations, instructions and directions for use given to them.
  • Constant surveillance is necessary and compulsory. Fiesta is not responsible for any rental equipment–related injuries, be they minor or major, nor accidents.
  • Fiesta must be advised of any incident, structural damage or problem related to the rented equipment.
Limit of liability of Fiesta

As stipulated in the rental contract, Fiesta is in no way responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur, nor for any damage or after-effects resulting from the use of the rented equipment. The renter and the users are wholly responsible for the rented equipment during use; for this reason, CHILDREN MUST NEVER BE IN THE BOUNCY CASTLES OR INFLATABLE GAMES WITHOUT SUPERVISION.
